Warranty Claim Procedure
To ensure the validity of the 6-month limited warranty provided by Lofty Auto Exports, the Buyer must adhere to the following protocol:
- Notification Period: Any mechanical issue covered under the warranty must be reported to the Lofty Group of Companies support team within 48 hours of discovery.
- Initial Assessment: Before any repairs are initiated, the Buyer must provide a diagnostic report from a certified automotive workshop in their home country, along with photos or video evidence of the fault.
- Authorization Requirement: No repair costs will be reimbursed or covered unless written authorization is provided by Lofty Auto Exports before the work begins.
- Claim Limits: The warranty covers the cost of major mechanical parts (Engine and Transmission). It does not cover shipping costs for parts, local labor rates exceeding our pre-approved tariff, or “Loss of Use” (car rental) while the vehicle is being repaired.
- Voidance of Warranty: The warranty is immediately voided if the vehicle is used for commercial racing, off-roading (unless specified for the vehicle type), or if the engine/ECU has been modified or “tuned” after export from Dubai.
