Terms & Conditions - LOFTY AUTO EXPORTS

1. Vehicle Condition & Inspections

Quality Assurance: Every vehicle exported by Lofty Auto Exports undergoes a rigorous inspection process. We guarantee that all cars are delivered in good, roadworthy condition as described at the time of sale.
Documentation: Detailed inspection reports and high-resolution media (photos/videos) will be provided to the Buyer prior to shipment

2. Limited Warranty

Coverage: Unless otherwise explicitly stated on the final Sales Invoice, all vehicles come with a 6-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
Exclusions: This warranty covers major mechanical components (engine and transmission) but excludes wear-and-tear items (tires, brake pads, filters) or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or third-party modifications after delivery.

3. Payment Methods & Currency

To facilitate global trade, the Company accepts the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to our official AED (United Arab Emirates) bank account.
Cryptocurrency: We accept USDT (Tether). Wallet addresses will be provided upon request through our secure billing system.
Exchange Rates: For USDT transactions, the exchange rate will be locked at the time the invoice is issued.

4. Deposits & Securing a Vehicle

Reservation Deposit: A flat deposit of $2,000 USD is required to reserve a vehicle and remove it from the market.
Non-Refundable Status: This $2,000 deposit is strictly non-refundable, as it covers the immediate administrative costs, RTA export paperwork, and the opportunity cost of holding the vehicle.
Balance Payment: The Buyer may pay the remaining balance in installments or a lump sum, provided that full payment is cleared before the vehicle is released to the shipping line or delivered.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Full Clearance: No vehicle will be loaded onto a vessel or delivered to the port until the Company has received the full invoiced amount in cleared funds.
Export Logistics: Lofty Auto Exports handles all Dubai-side export documentation and delivery to the port of exit.
